The Eastbourne, Newcastle and Gateshead and North Surrey (Pipelaying and Other Works)(Codes of Practice) Order 1991

Made: 21st February 1991

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers under section 162(7) of the Water Act 1989, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consulting all such persons as he considers it appropriate to consult, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

This Order may be cted as the Eastbourne, Newcastle and Gateshead and North Surrey (Pipelaying and Other Works) (Codes of Practice) Order 1991.

Codes of Practice

The Codes of Practice prepared by the Companies and certified as such by the Secretary of State are hereby approved.
