Made: 21st March 1991

Coming into force: 15th April 1991

The Lord Justice General, the Lord Justice Clerk and Lords Commissioners of Justiciary, under and by virtue of the powers conferred on them by sections 282 and 457 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:

Amendment of Act of Adjournal (Consolidation) 1988

Computer Misuse Act 1990 (68A) A notice under section 8(5) of the Computer Misuse Act 1990[^f00003]shall be served not later than 14 clear days before the trial diet.

Computer Misuse Act 1990 (118A) A notice under section 8(5) of the Computer Misuse Act 1990[^f00003] shall be served not later than 14 clear days before the trial diet.
