Coming into force: 1st May 1991

The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, with the consent ofthe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EECRequirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come intoforce on 1st May 1991.

The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations1988[^f00002] are hereby amended as follows—

Explanatory note
