The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 21 and 273 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972([^f00001]) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st June 1992.

The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992([^f00002]) is hereby amended as follows:—
