Made: 4th June 1992

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(7) of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991[^f00001] and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:

The 1991 Act shall come into force on 1st July 1992.

Transitional

The 1991 Act shall not have effect in relation to an order made or notice issued under section 14 of the 1984 Act before 1st July 1992.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 into force on 1st July 1992. The Order contains transitional provisions.
