At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 4th day of June 1992 Present, The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 2 of the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975[^f00001], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order makes provision in connection with the entrusting to the Secretary of State for the Environment of the functions relating to Inner City Task Forces which were previously entrusted to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.

The Order transfers to the Secretary of State for the Environment the property, rights and liabilities to which the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry is entitled or subject in connection with those functions.

The Order also makes supplemental and consequential provision in relation to the transfers.
