In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 9(3) of the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985[^f00001], sections 1(2) and 14(2) of the Football Spectators Act 1989[^f00002] and section 1(1) of the Football (Offences) Act 1991[^f00003], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Football (Amendment of Various Orders) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st August 1992.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends various Orders by which football matches and sports grounds are designated for the purposes of the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985, the Football Spectators Act 1989 and the Football (Offences) Act 1991. Each amendment merely extends an existing designation to take account of the new Football Association Premier League.
