Made: 9th September 1992

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 113(2) and 119(2) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992[^f00001]) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st October 1992:—

Transitional provisions

Nothing in this Order shall affect the operation of—

in relation to any financial year beginning before 1st April 1993.

SCHEDULE — REPEALS IN SCHEDULE 14 TO THE ACT WHICH COME INTO FORCE ON 1ST OCTOBER 1992

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order provides for the commencement on 1st October 1992 of certain provisions of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 relating to Scotland. The provisions in question are listed in article 2 of the Order.
