The Closure of Prisons (H.M. Prison Northeye) Order 1992

Laid before Parliament: 24th September 1992
Coming into force: 15th October 1992
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 37 of the Prison Act 1952[^f00001],I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Closure of Prisons (H.M. Prison Northeye) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 15th October 1992.
2
The prison known as Northeye Prison and situate in the county of East Sussex shall close on the coming into force of this Order.

Explanatory note
