The Child Resistant Packaging and Tactile Danger Warnings (Safety) (Revocation) Regulations 1992

Coming into force: 23rd October 1992
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 2 of the said Act of 1972 hereby makes the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Child Resistant Packaging and Tactile Danger Warnings (Safety) (Revocation) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on the day after they are laid.

The Child Resistant Packaging and Tactile Danger Warnings (Safety) Regulations 1992[^f00003] are hereby revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Child Resistant Packaging and Tactile Danger Warnings (Safety) Regulations 1992 before those Regulations come into force.
