The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him sections 27, 105(7), and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Amendment to the principal Regulations

In Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations paragraph 3A of Part I and paragraph 3A of Part II shall be deleted.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations further amend the National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1974. Regulation 2 removes the restrictions on the advertising of pharmaceutical services.
