Made: 3rd December 1992

Laid before Parliament: 9th December 1992

Coming into force: 30th December 1992

Now therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(7) of the Public Lending Right Act 1979[^f00003] and now vested in him[^f00004], hereby makes the following Order:–

This Order may be cited as the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 (Commencement of Variation) Order 1992.

The variation made by the Secretary of State on 3rd December 1992 to Article 46 of the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 whereby paragraph (1)(a) was varied by substituting “1.86p” for “1.81p” shall come into force on 30th December 1992.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force on 30th December 1992 a variation to the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 so that the sum attributable to each qualifying loan for the purposes of calculating the amount payable in respect of loans of a particular book is increased from 1.81p to 1.86p.
