The Gaming (Bingo) Act (Variation of Monetary Limit) Order 1992

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 2(2)(b) of the Gaming (Bingo) Act 1985[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Variation of Monetary Limit) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 11th January 1993.

The sum of £75,000 is hereby specified as the maximum amount to be paid as a prize in respect of a game of multiple bingo.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides that the maximum amount to be paid as a prize in respect of a game of multiple bingo shall be £75,000. It thereby replaces the limit of £50,000 which is provided for by section 2(2)(b) of the Gaming (Bingo) Act 1985.
