The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by Harrogate Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Harrogate Health Care National Health Service Trust[^f00002], having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation

“the Authority” means Harrogate Health Authority;

Transfer of trust property

On 1st April 1992 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order transfers to the Harrogate Health Care National Health Service Trust on 1st April 1992 trust property formerly held by Harrogate Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Richmond House, 79 Whitehall, London, SW1A 2NS.
