Made: 16th March 1992

Coming into force: 23rd March 1992

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers conferred by section 6(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other enabling powers, and after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis pursuant to section 7(6) of that Act[^f00002], hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the A12 Trunk Road (Eastern Avenue East and Eastern Avenue West, Havering) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1992 and shall come into force on23rd March 1992.

In this Order—

Every person causing or permitting a vehicle to pass to the right of the southwestern traffic island—

Every person causing or permitting a vehicle to pass to the right of the northeastern traffic island—

Save as provided in articles 3 and 4 above, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in Eastern Avenue East or Eastern Avenue West to make a right turn or a U-turn at the junction.

Nothing in this Order shall apply to—
