In pursuance of sections 48(5) and 51(4) of the Gaming Act 1968[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

The provisions of section 48 of the Gaming Act 1968 specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to fees charged in relation to the matters mentioned in column 2 of that Schedule) shall have effect as if, for the references to the sums specified in those provisions (in respect of which the sums mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule are either the original sums where these have not since been varied or the sums which were last substituted by either of the Orders revoked by this Order), there were substituted references to the sums specified in column 4 of that Schedule.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) Order 1990[^f00002] and the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) Order 1991[^f00003] are hereby revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order increases the fees to be charged in England and Wales under the Gaming Act 1968 for the matters mentioned in the Schedule to the Order.
