This Order revokes the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibition) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) (No.2) Order 1993 insofar as it applies to fish other than shellfish and farmed salmon.
That Order contains emergency prohibitions restricting various activities in order to prevent human consumption of food rendered unsuitable for that purpose by virtue of fish having been affected by oil and other chemical pollutants.
