The King’s Lynn—Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-pass and Slip Roads) Order 1973 (Revocation) Order 1993

Coming into force: 23rd June 1993
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980[^f00001], and now vested in him[^f00002], and of all other enabling powers:—

This Order shall come into force on 23rd June 1993 and may be cited as the King’s Lynn—Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-pass and Slip Roads) Order 1973 (Revocation) Order 1993.

The King’s Lynn—Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-pass and Slip Roads) Order 1973[^f00003] is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order revokes the Order mentioned in article 2 which has not been implemented and which is to be superseded by the A17 Trunk Road (Leadenham Bypass) Order 1993.
