Made: 4th June 1993

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 50(2) of the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 (Commencement No. 7) Order 1993.

The provisions of the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st August 1993.

SCHEDULE — PROVISIONS OF THE FIRE SAFETY AND SAFETY OF PLACES OF SPORT ACT 1987 COMING INTO FORCE ON 1st AUGUST 1993

Provisions of the Act Subject matter of provisions
Section 15 Automatic means for fighting fire
Section 49(1) to the extent necessary to give effect to the repeals in Schedule 4 specified in the Appendix to this Schedule Repeals
In Schedule 4, the entries specified in the Appendix to this Schedule Repeals
