Made: 27th July 1993

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 52 of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 to, the Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Act 1993[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:—

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force provisions of the Trade Union and Employment Rights Act 1993—

Transitional provisions are set out in Article 3.

Sections 52 to 55 of the 1993 Act came into force on Royal Assent. The remaining provisions will be brought into force by subsequent orders.
