The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by Pembrokeshire Health Authority resulting from the establishment of Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust[^f00002], having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

On 3rd November 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order transfers to Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust on 3rd November 1993 trust property formerly held by Pembrokeshire Health Authority.A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Welsh Office, National Health Service Trust Unit, New Crown Building, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF1 3NQ.
