Made: 11th February 1993

Coming into force: 12th March 1993

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under article 69(1) of the Air Navigation Order 1989([^f00001]) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Rules of the Air (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 12th March 1993.

The Schedule to the Rules of the Air Regulations 1991([^f00002]) shall be amended as follows:

For the purposes of this rule the expression “simulated instrument flight” shall have the same meaning as in rule 6.
