The Air Navigation (Fifth Amendment) Order 1993

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982[^f00001] and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Fifth Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 10th December 1993.
Amendment of Air Navigation Order 1989

In article 67(4)(c) of the Air Navigation Order 1989[^f00002] after “1982” there shall be inserted “or the holder of a route licence granted under that section as applied by section 69A of that Act [^f00003]”.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Air Navigation Order 1989 by adding the holder of a route licence granted under section 65 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (as applied by section 69A of that Act) to the class of persons against whom unfair, discriminatory or restrictive practices may particularly cause the Secretary of State to exercise his power to revoke, suspend or vary a permit granted under articles 88 or 92 of that Order.
