The Transport Act 1985 (Modifications in Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1968) (Further Modification) (Amendment) Order 1993

The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the power conferred by section 129(5) of the Transport Act 1985[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1985 (Modifications in Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1968) (Further Modification) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th December 1993.

The Transport Act 1985 (Modifications in Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1968) (Further Modification) Order 1993[^f00002] is hereby amended by the substitution in article 1 of “6th December 1993” for “9th December 1993”.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Transport Act 1985 (Modifications in Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1968) (Further Modification) Order 1993 by changing the date on which that Order comes into force from 9th December to 6th December 1993.
