Made: 13th December 1993

Coming into force: 20th December 1993

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis pursuant to section 7(6) of that Act[^f00002], hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the A3 Trunk Road (Robin Hood Way (South) Service Road, Kingston Upon Thames) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 20th December 1993.

In this Order—

Save as provided in article 4 below, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter Robin Hood Way from the northern extremity of Robin Hood Way (South) service road.

Nothing in this Order shall apply to—
