Made: 2nd February 1993

Laid before the House of Commons: 4th February 1993

Coming into force: 18th February 1993

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 1 of Schedule 12 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with such associations of local authorities as appear to him to be appropriate in accordance with paragraph 2(2) of that Schedule, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 1993 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is approved by a resolution of the House of Commons.
