The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her bysection 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of the establishments and facilities formerly managed by Chester Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Chester and Halton Community National Health Service Trust[^f00002], having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

On 23rd March 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order transfers to the Chester and Halton Community National Health Service Trust on 23rd March 1993 trust property formerly held by Chester Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, 4N34A Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE.
