Coming into force: 1st April 1993

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by sections 11 and 126(3) and (4) of the National Health Service Act 1977[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Revocation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Revocation of the Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1982

The Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1982[^f00002] is hereby revoked, and the Central Blood Laboratories Authority is accordingly hereby abolished.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order revokes the Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1982 and abolishes the Central Blood Laboratories Authority, a special health authority which was established by that Order.
