Made: 11th March 1993

Coming into force: 1st April 1993

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under article 69(1) of the Air Navigation Order 1989[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Rules of the Air (Second Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

The Schedule to the Rules of the Air Regulations 1991[^f00002] shall be amended as follows:

(b) Paragraphs (1)(a)(ii), (1)(c), (1)(d) and (1)(e) shall not apply to an aircraft flying under and in accordance with the terms of a police air operator’s certificate.

  • Provided that subparagraphs (c) and (e) of this paragraph shall not apply to an aircraft which is flying under and in accordance with the terms of a police air operator’s certificate.
