Made: 30th March 1994

Coming into force: 29th April 1994

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 12 of the Highways Act 1980[^f00001], and now vested in him[^f00002], and of all other enabling powers:—

This Order may be cited as the A1 Trunk Road (Lengths of A1 Carriageway at Micklefield and Bramham) (Detrunking) Order 1994 and shall come into force on29th April 1994.

In this Order—

The lengths of the A1 described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be trunk roads and shall be classified as classified roads from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Leeds City Council.

THE SCHEDULE — LENGTHS OF THE A1 CEASING TO BE TRUNK ROAD IN THE CITY OF LEEDS IN THE COUNTY OF WEST YORKSHIRE

The lengths of the A1 ceasing to be trunk road are:
