In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 3(3) of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1993[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1993 (Commencement) Order 1994.

Section 1 of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1993 shall come into force for all purposes on 1st May 1994.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
The Order brings section 1 of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1993 into force for all purposes on 1st May 1994. The remainder of that Act came into force on Royal Assent.
