There shall be inserted in the Schedule, after forms N.1(SPC) and N.11R, the forms contained in the schedule to these Rules.

The undersigned members of the Rule Committee, appointed by the Lord Chancellor under section 75 of the County Courts Act 1984[^f00002], having made these Rules, certify them and submit them to the Lord Chancellor.

I allow these Rules, which shall come into force on 6th June 1994.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Rules)

These Rules prescribe the form of summons and acknowledgment of service to be used in proceedings in the Central London County Court Business List, which is established by the County Court (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1994 (S.I. 1994/1288).
