Made: 24th January 1994

Coming into force: 29th January 1994

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other powers, enabling him in that behalf and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis pursuant to section 7(6) of that Act[^f00002], hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the A23 Trunk Road (Brighton Road, Croydon) (Prohibition of Right Turn and U-Turn) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 29th January 1994.
