Made: 3rd June 1994

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Road Traffic Act 1991[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation

Commencement and transitional provisions

The following provisions of the 1991 Act shall come into force on 4th July 1994 in respect of each of the scheduled boroughs—

Subsections (4) and (6) of section 67 of the 1991 Act shall come into force on 4th July 1994 for the purpose of the application of the subsections thereby inserted in relation to vehicles found in any of the scheduled boroughs.

Subection (2)(b) of section 68 of the 1991 Act shall come into force on 4th July 1994 for the purpose of the application of the subsection thereby inserted in relation to the councils of the scheduled boroughs.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force in the City of London and the London boroughs named in the Schedule to the Order provisions relating to the enforcement of certain parking restrictions.
