Made: 3rd June 1994

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Road Traffic Act 1991[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:—

Commencement and transitional provisions

The following provisions of the 1991 Act shall come into force on 4th July 1994 in respect of the London borough of Bexley—

In relation to a vehicle that is stationary in a designated parking place in the London borough of Bexley immediately before 4th July 1994, section 66(2) of the 1991 Act shall have effect for so long as it remains in that parking place as if the words “on or after 4th July 1994” were inserted after—

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force in the London borough of Bexley provisions relating to the enforcement of certain parking restrictions.
