(This note is not part of the Regulations)

A contravention of a prohibition or restriction on the waiting of vehicles on roads by or under a provision listed in Schedule 1 to the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986 renders a vehicle liable to removal. These Regulations amend the 1986 Regulations by adding section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to the list in Schedule 1.
