The Ashford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994

Coming into force: 20th June 1994
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977[^f00001] and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990[^f00002] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation, commencement and interpretation

- (1) This Order may be cited as the Ashford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 20th June 1994.
- (2) Inthis Order, unless the context otherwise requires, “the Order”means the Ashford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991[^f00003].
Change in number of directors of NHS Trust

In Article 4 of the Order for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be the substituted “4 executive”.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order changes the number of non-executive and executive directors of the Ashford Hospital National Health Service Trust from five to four in each case.
