Made: 28th July 1994

Laid before Parliament: 1st August 1994

Coming into force: 1st October 1994

Now therefore the Secretary of State for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 122A of the Education Reform Act 1988 [^f00002], hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Education (Writtle Agricultural College Further Education Corporation) (Transfer to the Higher Education Sector) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st October 1994.

On the date on which this Order comes into force Writtle Agricultural College Further Education Corporation shall cease to be a further education corporation and shall become a higher education corporation.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order makes provision for the transfer of Writtle Agricultural College Further Education Corporation to the higher education sector. On 1st October 1994 that corporation becomes a higher education corporation.
