Made: 8th August 1994

Coming into force: 2nd September 1994

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 12 of the Highways Act 1980[^f00001], and now vested in him,[^f00002], and of all other enabling powers:—

This Order may be cited as the A1033 Trunk Road (Hedon Road) (Detrunking) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 2nd September 1994.

In this Order—

The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a classified road from the date on which the Secretary of State notified the Humberside County Council that the new trunk roads are open for traffic.

THE SCHEDULE — LENGTH OF THE TRUNK ROAD CEASING TO BE A TRUNK ROAD

The length of the A1033 Trunk Road ceasing to be a trunk road is from a point (marked A' on the plan) at its junction with Mount Pleasant roundabout to a point 385 metres eastwards (markedB' on the plan) and is shown by broad black dashes on the plan.
