Coming into force: 7th October 1994
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 2(1) and (2) and 3(2) of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973[^f00002], and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (MV Braer) (Revocation) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 7th October 1994.

The Protection of Wrecks (MV Braer) Order 1993 is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order revokes the Merchant Shipping (MV Braer) Order 1993, which designated an area off the Shetland Islands surrounding the wreck of the MV Braer as a prohibited area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.
