Made: 5th October 1994

Laid before Parliament: 7th October 1994

Coming into force: 31st October 1994

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 40 and 68(1) of the Trade Marks Act 1938 and now vested in him[^f00002], hereby makes the following Rules:—

These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Forms) (Revocation) Rules 1994 and shall come into force on 31st October 1994.

The Rules specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Rules)

These Rules revoke the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Forms) Rules 1986 and amending Rules with effect from 31st October 1994, the date on which new forms as required by the registrar come into use[^f00003] pursuant to section 66 of the Trade Marks Act 1994 (c. 26).
