Made: 21st November 1994

Coming into force: 1st December 1994

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the A4 Trunk Road (Bath Road and Colnbrook By-Pass, Hillingdon) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st December 1994.

No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour on that length of the A4 Trunk Road known as Bath Road and Colnbrook By-Pass between a point 96 metres west of its junction with Harlington High Street and a point 400 metres west of the westernmost abutment of the bridge over the River Colne, a distance of approximately 4200 metres.
