Made: 28th November 1994

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 82(4) of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (Commencement No.1) Order 1994.

The provisions of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 specified in article 3 below shall come into force on 1st December 1994.

The provisions referred to in article 2 above are—
