The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the York Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the North Yorkshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust[^f00002], having consulted North Yorkshire Health Authority[^f00003] and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

On 24th March 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order transfers to the North Yorkshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust on 24th March 1994 trust property formerly held by the North Yorkshire Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
