The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12G(2) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Appointment of trustees

The chairman, non-executive directors and executive directors of each respective Trust are appointed trustees ex officiis for the purpose of holding any property which is to be held in trust on behalf of that Trust under section 12G of the Act.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order appoints the chairman, non-executive directors and executive directors and their successors in office of each of the National Health Service Trusts specified in the Schedule to the Order as trustees for the purposes of holding any property which is to be held in trust on behalf of that Trust.
