Made: 7th March 1994

Coming into force: 6th April 1994

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 158(2), (3) and 163(1) and 175(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992[^f00002], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Sick Pay (Small Employers' Relief) Amendment Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 6th April 1994.
