Made: 20th July 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 5 of the Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1995.

The Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995 shall come into force on 6th August 1995.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force on 6th August 1995 the whole of the Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995.
