Made: 22nd July 1995

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 78(3) and (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1993[^f00001], the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (Commencement No. 9) Order 1995.

Paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (Consequential Amendments) together with, to the extent necessary to commence that paragraph, section 79(13) of that Act, shall come into force on 14th August 1995.

This Order extends to England and Wales only.

This Order brings into force on 14th August 1995 paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the Criminal Justice Act 1993.
