Made: 24th March 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 4(2) of the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995[^f00001], hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1996.

Sections 1 and 3 of the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995 shall come into force on 30th April 1996.
