The A3 Trunk Road (Roehampton Vale, Wandsworth) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1988 (Variation) Order 1997

Coming into force: 13th January 1997

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6(1) and (3) of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis pursuant to section 7(6) of that Act[^f00002], hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the A3 Trunk Road (Roehampton Vale, Wandsworth) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1988 (Variation) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 13th January 1997.

• (1) The A3 Trunk Road (Roehampton Vale, Wandsworth) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1988[^f00003] shall be varied as follows:

• (2) In article 3(b) for the words “being a point 30 metres southwest” to the end of article 3, there shall be substituted the words “being a point 10 metres southwest of the northeastern boundary of Number 136 Roehampton Vale”.
